AT&T has indicated through its forums that it will provide a system update for its Windows Phone devices (including the HTC Titan, Samsung Focus and others) at some point in the coming months. With ATT being the primary supporter of Windows Phone, I would hope that they wouldn't slack with updates. Although, I do understand wanting to wait to bundle updates into on rollout, rather than multi smaller updates that they have to take time to test each one.
