Samsung Reveals GSM/GPRS Pocket PC

Today at the 3GSM World Congress in France, Microsoft and Samsung Electronics officially unveiled the Samsung Windows Powered MITs SGH-i700, a Windows Powered Pocket PC. This GSM/GPRS device is based on the same design as the previously-announced SPH-i700 for CDMA networks. The SGH-i700 features an integrated digital camera, SD card slot, large touch-screen display, and a stylus for data input and navigation.

LG today announced the LG Q Stylus, a mid-range entry that packs a stylus for pen-based input for those who prefer that way of interacting with their device. The phone has a 6.2-inch screen with LG's 2:1 Full Vision (2,160 x 1,080) resolution.

MetroPCS has kicked off sales of the LG Stylo 4, a rebadged variant of the LG Q Stylus announced earlier this month. The Stylo 4 includes a stylus and has a metal body with mil-spec 810G for protection against abuse and IP68 protection against water and dust.

YouTube today announced YouTube Premium and YouTube Music, services that replace YouTube Red and YT Music, respectively. Moving forward, YouTube Premium will be the video site's top-tier service, offering originals, ad-free play, background play, and downloads across YouTube.
