Opera Announces New Browser Technology for Phones

Opera Software has developed a new web browser for cell phones and other wireless devices that takes a new approach to displaying full web pages on tiny displays. Most regular web pages simply won't fit normally, requiring cumbersome scrolling in all directions. The new Opera browser automatically reshuffles a page to stack it vertically so it fits on the screen and can be read by scrolling down only. Graphics are also scaled down to fit the small display.
