for the Samsung Gem:Okay beginner Android
This phone is right in the middle for me. I'll break it down how I see it: Pros: -auto correct on keyboard is great -light weight & small -simple -800M processor - Keyboard changes for every direction except upside-down -max storage 32gb (only by purchasing extra micro SD card) -does have a few "new" sounds/ringtones that are good -auto-correct is awesome! (especially since it's got a smaller keyboard) Cons: -I found this phone SLOW.. not only for internet, but also running applications and even unlocking sometimes it ...

for the BlackBerry Style 9670:probs w/ video... but I like BB 6.0 OS
I was a little impressed with the 6.0 OS on the style. The video tutorials weren't very informative and were lacking. Speed on this BB, however is great! We have seen a few problems with playing media files on this and that is one HUGE down-side for the customers who really like this flip-style w/ a full keyboard phone.

for the HTC Desire (CDMA):Great upgrade from Wildfire!!
I have never loved a phone like I love this one! It's great! Good processor/RAM. it's fast. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5.0 was the video camera won't work with some of the apps (QIK)and it goes ... stringy??? I don't know how to describe it. Everything else on this phone works well, we don't get too many of them back (yes, I'm in phone sales) and the screen resolution is ...

for the HTC Wildfire (CDMA):Slow processor- not fast enough
I gave this phone 3.5 instead of a lower rating, only because I love the HTC software. it is extremely easy to use and slick! This phone has 1/2 the RAM and 1/2 the processor of it's sister/brother? the Desire, making it slower and sometimes won't even run some apps! I didn't have this phone very long, but That was the main problem I had. Everything else with this phone was pretty great. It IS HTC, afterall!
