NOT BAD ACTUALLY
Gave up my droid bc didn't want data plan any more. Was really dreading my choices of dumb phones as I was quite spoiled with the droid. Really played with and checked out at the store, and somehow picked this even though it's probably the oldest in the lineup. Very happy with this choice though. Great phone, texting doesn't limit me to 160 characters, and lets me store a ton of old messages. Camera is very usable and decent, ...
Pros outweigh the cons...
I'd give it a 5 but for battery life. Regular use lasts me a day, but regular use doesn't happen often because I'm addicted. This is small, light, and fun. Android is a pleasure. The Sense UI is very good. The HTC keyboard is so good I don't have to download any other keyboards. It would be really nice to have that upgrade to 2.0 and the turn by turn directions!! Pros: clear, similar to landline reception, lots to ...
Great Phone
I've been researching phones for the past year, waiting for my ne2 to upgrade. Every time I looked at a newer phone, I'd come back to the razr. After a month, I am still happy with my choice. I have pink, but only b/c it has a sturdier interior, not plastic like the other one. Never drops calls, always connects, the calls are clear, the ringer loud. I wish it would ring & vibe at same time, but ...

The reviews here and otherwise made me take the plunge. The phone has been very fun to play with- I'm not a fan of the phonebook setup - Samsung & LG make this simple - but visually the contact list is ...
Don't Bother
I bought two of these phones -- for my husband and myself 2 yrs. ago. I replaced this over a year ago because I absolutely hated it, my husband stuck out the contract until he could upgrade. What a waste of money. Everyone I know who owns Motorolas complains about the phones, the dropped calls, the batteries that never stay charged, or they are constantly getting repaired--even the more expensive models and cameraphones. My experience ...
No Other Choice
I bought this phone for my daughter over a year ago and it has been reliable, durable, easy to use, and a lot of fun. When I became eligible to upgrade, I researched the phones out there, read the reviews, and hands down, this is the phone I wanted and the price had dropped considerably (obviously because newer techno versions are on the way). I've learned from past mistakes that newer isn't necessarily better. My Samsung was a ...
