This is a problem with your AIM, not your phone. go to AIM.com and it will show you how to set up your AIM Mobile. I had this problem and i was easily able to fix it. Good luck!

i bought this phone online, upgrading from my motorola V557. the phone looked good, and i liked it so i ordered it, and didnt even think of reading customer reviews because they dont have any on cingular.com. if you have had the phone for less than a year...warranty should cover it. and give u either a brand new one or a refurbished one, which is just as good.
