Not really, but OK. Personally, I think this phone is excellent and haven't had a problem with it yet. I guess we all have our opinions.

Cingular did not make that known to us that was the case when we ordered the phones. The rep said "Crystal clear outer display" and we believed that it would be customizable too. But the phone is excellent, none the less.

NOT AT ALL. Read my review and I talk all about my experience with the awesome scratch resistance of the LG C1500.
