Sync Problems

My new Casio C811 Commando will not "sync" with my 2012 Ford F250 pickup. The Verizon dealer tried two other phones, a Windows 8 and a Motorola; both synced flawlessly. We then tried my phone in his Ford F150; the sync also failed. Apparently something is wrong with the software in the new phone to make it compatible with Ford's Sync system. We called Casio but received no assistance.

I previously owned the 3G Commando; I just "upgraded" to the C811 4G LTE. It will not sync with my pickup truck. My truck is a Ford F250; my old phone worked fine. At the Verizon dealership, we flawlessly linked a Motorola and a Windows 8 phone in my pickup. We then tried my new phone in in the Radio Shack dealer's F150 (with Sync) and had the same disappointing result. :x It ...
