Really dump, especially since TMobile has the best internationally roaming plans and Blackberry only really has a international presence. Users travelling globally are the ones that might find blackberry most appealing. Other than that....everyone is out buying Androids and iPhones on all carries. I doubt this will hurt TMobile, or significantly benefit the other carriers.

Shammo said that *AS* 3G customers with $30 monthly unlimited plans upgrade to 4G plans, they will have to sign up for the shared data plans. So its when they upgrade.

I would love a Samsung version of the new Droid Razr MAXX. At least I could get rid of my blackberry. I keep it mainly because I can have push email without draining the battery, and I can activity use it to reply to emails etc with out going dead as well.

PLEASE DO!!

My droid charge gives me so much anxiety....I have all autosync off and have to monitor my texting because just having the screen on to reply to messages drains the battery. Only it last a decent amount of time is if its on Home WIFI for data and I don't touch the phone much activating the screen.

It was doomed from the very beginning when they ran on the premise that merging two companies offering the same products and relatively the same features and functionally would in fact create jobs...why on earth would one merged company staff more to do the job previously done by two separate entities. Thats almost insulting.

You're right...I don't have a problem with the move...just would've been great for their customers to know 30 days ago. Either way its great that its done. Now im done....this went too far left.

One call to know someone is ok is no where enough since people are dying everyday and there are still aftershocks. Now my point was not that people wouldn't spend to call their loved ones (ie: why I said people purchased phone cards), its just that if Sprint main interest was in helping....they could've let people know earlier. The orginal comment was that it was decency, and in my opinion is its not whole hearted. Either way doesn't matter to ...

I mean LD....entitlement??? Dude the offer it a month later half assed and had the nerve to back date it. Who knew a month ago that it was a option....no one. If you're not going to do it right then why do it at all.

This was definitely not done out of decency. Like VDubb says...if it was it would have been done in the beginning. Whats the point in having an offer and not telling anything. Coming out a month after the quake helped no one but themselves....barely. Anyone affected that could've benefited didn't unless the were willing to eat the roaming charges in hope. Now they can sigh relief to know its getting credited. All the other went out a bought calling ...
