The easiest way that this can be done is to go your phone and select Menu, Settings, Phone Settings, USB Settings, Mass Storage, then Save. Once you connect the USB cable, you can go to "Computer" or "My Computer". You should see a Removeable drive. You can then copy and paste whatever you want to this drive. I hope this helps. :)
