MP3 ringtones for the R430?

I'm getting a new phone with MetroPCS. This one catches my eye, but I would like to know if it is capable of utilizing MP3's for ringtones. Does anyone know? The same goes for the U520 and the R410. If you that any of the phones have MP3 righers, please tell me. Thank you.
