Where I bought it.
Before I bought the phone I went through the information provided by T-Mobile about insurance, and afterwards spoke with an Asurion representative. Both confirmed that as long as the account is ACTIVE, the phone in use matches the phone on the claim, and that as long as they can get the phone direct from the manufacturer (pretty much as long as its not discontinued) then Asurion can replace the phone.
But then I started wondering: If the phone is unavailable then Asurion will send the most similar phone. What could they possibly send in place of the 6260? Any ideas?
