Just got the XV6600 form VZW. Whenever I try to use the speaker phone mode i.e keep the send button pressed for a few seconds, the screen goes crazy and the phone does a hard reset. I lose all the data and then activesync does not recognize it as an old device. It asks to set up a new partnership and will not let me choose an existing one???like the Palm OS. Anybody have any comments/solutions. Thx in advance

Vzw send me 3 phones so far. One wouldnt boot, the other woulndt shutdows/froze every few minutes and the latter wouldnt charge (im assuming they were Fru/refurbed). If its still under warranty just tell them you want a new one (even though it may not be lit. a new phone).
As far as ActiveSync. Make sure you allways do a full backup after you sync your data. Cuz when your phone does die or whatever you can just set up a "Guest" partnership, Restore, then reboot...and your back to normal. You can move profile folders/rename then/move then back but the first option is a lot easier.
