Here is what works for Bluetooth: I tried every Bluetooth headset on the market (that is available on West Coast) the only one that really works with the 6601 is the Motorola HS810; the reason it works is you can turn the headset off by closing the mouth piece.
The way to make it work every time is the tricky part. Once the two are paired and you use the headset to make a call if the phone goes in sleep mode your headset will not work again until you un-pair and then re-pair or you reset your phone. To avoid this follow these steps:

The 3500 stack allows me to use BT headsets of any type and it wakes up when the phone does.
Remember, that is not "official" so travel at your own risk.

this phone does not have a camera, they tell me that version won't be out until March. I bought the phone right from sprint phone orders at 800.480.4727 the model number for sprint is “Sprint PPC-6601”
