I recently purchased the 6600 and I am slowly learning it's features. One big thing I can't seem to figure out is how to mute the phone. Seems like such a simple thing! 🤭
I also can not figure out how to import music to my phone. I keep getting an error when copying files from my Windows Media Player to my device (which is connected via USB). I have been able to sync with outlook data and even add pictures to my album but cant get my music on the phone!
Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tap the little old fashioned looking microphone on the bottom, it will mute your mic while on the phone.
Not sure on what the issue is with your music. I have moved many many mp3s via bluetooth and USB with no issue.

I can't believe it was that easy!!! I see the microphone you are talking about which comes up when in a call. I will try this today! No one else (3 support calls and 2 emails have been sent to audiovox and verizon) came up with this!)
FYI...on the music issue....I read a few other web site support forums last night and determined it was a WMP problem. I tried itunes and got it to work!
