I was just hoping that someone could take me thought the process of making a call. Is it easy? Or does it require jumping through menu systems.

It is easy press the green phone button and then dial the # on the touch screen it takes a couple of times to get the hag of it. Just That Easy.

or use microsoft voice command and your bluetooth headset and say "tone dial" and say the number you want to dial 😁
