Agreed! I'm limping along with a bruised and battered Storm, hoping by some miracle that RIM will announce a worthy successor by the time I get to upgrade.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. The Mrs got a Droid X two months ago. It's frickin' amazing. The touch screen is smooth and easy to work; the screen quality is amazing; and the size of the thing is crazy big for viewing, but not too big to carry. Plus, it looks like the user could access corp email as well. I didn't put it down for the first two weeks, now she won't let me touch it.

As loyal as I've been to RIM, I don't know if I can hold on for the next gen. I'd rather try my luck with an Android phone instead of getting locked in for two years with a machine that's not much more than a refresh of what I'm using now.
