Tmobile Strikes Again!

At least for voice, anyway...I don't think the 7710's EDGE capability will work too well on Tmobile's network. But it should be backwards compatible with GPRS anyway, right?

Well, I finally got the phone now in the U.S. Im having problems syncing it to my cpu. I am currently using it with my t mobile carrier. however when i connect the phone to my cpu it wont install it. I install the cd it comes with. then i plug the usb from the phone to the cpu. On windows it says it cannot locate drivers. I go to call nokia cust. support and they pretty much said im screwed and that nokia usa does not support that phone. How do i tranfers my files over?? any help would be appreciated!

7710: When in US?

when this will be available in US?
it seems to be a bit risky to buy it from europe/asia (nokia service center does not help if there is problem etc)

Very buggy and problem-filled

BOTTOM-LINE: This phone is extremely buggy and filled with problems.

2. Constant light show. When you lock the keypad, the phone screen will turn off. Good. But here's the bad part: at random times, it will come back on, and stay on. As such, I have sometimes woken up in the night only to find the phone brightly lit up, and draining the battery.

3. Startup. Trying to get the phone to start is a pain -- it takes me at least 4 minutes to actually get the phone...

Looks Like A Toy

Probably will be a big hit for the under 18 crowd... that is if they can wart Mommy & Daddy enough into buying it. Really looks like an X-Box or PS2 controller... gee you think that is what they were aiming for?
