Opera Mini with the 5610?

I'm considering this phone as a replacement for my Sony W810. Can anyone tell me if 3rd party apps like Opera Mini and Google maps be used on a T-Mobile branded phone? Also does this get good reception for a TMO phone? My home is in a low coverage area and some of their phones do poorly in low coverage areas where others excel.

**VIDEO CALLS***

Does anyone know how to make video calls with this phone? I've heard it mentioned, and it does have 2 cams, but I haven't a clue how. Please enlighten me.

The Nokia 5610

I am anxiously awaiting for the release of this phone 🤤 ! I cant believe how excited I am on getting this phone 🙂 , I thought I would never go back to Nokia 🤭 . But as my luck goes with the Shadow and before that The Wing I actually am ready to get this phone 😁 ! I think this one might be my last phone for awhile seeing how EXTREMELY dissatisfied i am with the other 2 phones Ive had within 1 year (The Shadow and The Wing) đŸ‘ŋ 😈 , I just cant wait 🙂 ! Does it come in 3 different colors like the Nokia Express 🙂 ?

Will Launch on T-Mobile end of July

There was 3 reasons the phone was pushed back another month instead of the initial launch with the 5310.
they decided to add a new color to the line up(black w/ white), they added new content including guitar hero, and they felt by launching it at a latter date would generate more profit than it would have together.

we'll see the 5610 at the end of July.

3G / USA version - correction

FYI, we published some slightly misleading specs yesterday that have now been corrected.

The 5610 will come in a 3G WCDMA 850/2100 version for Europe. There will also be a 3G WCDMA 850/1900 version, as reported. However, that version is only for Latin America. We've been informed by Nokia that any potential US version would be GSM-only, meaning no 3G for us. ☚ī¸

8gb looks sick! but...

The 8gig N95 looks awesome but im not a fan of internal mem. Just like the iphone by the time you put ur movies music contacts messages pictures documents n everything else on the phone youd be surprise how fast that 8 gigs will drop. No matter what with swappable mem you will never run out of memory. By the time you get 3 2 gb mem cards it will probably cost less then the 8gb cost. Idk thats just me any thoughts?

Can't Someone Make a Top-End Phone For The US Market First ? ? ?

The fact that NOKIA is introducing the 8GB phone in Europe first is offensive to me. What do we American folks, who have money to burn, get all the good technology last? I wrote NOKIA an email and asked them to bring the 8GB version here to America so that we can have it too. I am aware that some of the WCDMA bands in Europe don't work over here and vice versa, but some of us travel into some seriously out-of-the-way places and like being prepared.

All the cell phone makers are trumpeting the fact that some of their phones are Quad-Band GSM and that is very nice and helpful, but what about Quad-Band WCDMA (850, 1700, 1900, 2100) too!? That would be really groovy to those of us that trav...

? on u.s version and 8gb version

don't know which version to get...got a few questions. do you have to pay to use 3g? if so, would it be better to get the 8gb version and not have 3g and just use free wifi when ever avail? (i do not go online a lot.) im leaning toward the 8gb but don't really know the disadvantages of not having 3g. thanks

Nokia N95 US Edition

I cant wait for this phone but I'm not going to be spending $700 bucks for it at the Nokia Flagship stores. I like most people will wait for it to hit on eBay for about $50 to maybe even more bucks off but how will I know which N95 it is? Does it have a Plum Back does the box say N95 US Edition? I know people will say US edition but that also could me that it is a N95 without the US bands that was sold at a Nokia Flagship store here in the US. Anyone have a clue to this?
