unfortunately, none of our moto phones is able to ring and vibrate at the same time, like the nokia phones do.
even though u tried to reprogram the phone all over again, it wouldn´t do it just because it doesn´t have that feature.
the same thing happens, unfortunately, with the events on the calendar. i assume u were used to hear an alarm clock-like sound whenever the alert rang; in this phone, as in all the moto phones, it only beeps whenever u have an alert.
if u want to make a suggestion to our new products and ideas department, please email me with the subject NPID #, so that i can give u the phone # for u to make suggestions directly to them.
