Shame on u, guys... It's not that i'm kissing moto's ass, it's just that i suffer ATT's continuous bulls**t about our products and policies.
And i pray for Cingular to get rid of the worst customer service in the US. Verizon isn't right as well, but at last they recognize they don't know.
