Hello Everyone,
As you can see I am new to this forum and would like some advice on setting up email on my Black V3 Razr.
I don't seem to have an option on the message section of the phone to go to email settings, however I have established that I can enter an email address in my phone book and attempt to send from there.
I have been given the GPRS and MMS settings from my service provider (o2) and according to them this should active the email.
I have tried already to send an email via my phonebook, however after about 10 mins of trying (I have by this time gone into the message outbox and the status is "sending") the message comes back as "not delivered".
I would apreciate if anyone can help me with this annoying matter! Ple...

Ok, just go into the message center, click the "Menu" key and go to email set up. Note that the rest will depend on who your email service provider is...
Once you're in the set up screen, type in your name, the user name (make sure to include the "@yourisp.com" ), and of course.... the password. You will then need to know your service provider's pop or imap server names. Once you have entered all of that, just hit done and..... voila!!!! If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll try to help you out some more.

Thank you for this, however under the messages section I do not have email settings.
There is no option to set up email at all- I am not sure if this is a fault with the black v3 or if it is because I have a pay and go mobile.

Ok, try this.... Click on the envelope key to go to your message center, once there click the menu key at the top. You SHOULD see Email MSG Setup... if you don't, then your phone is more-than-likely, deffective. If you don't see that... just let me know and I'll see what other options are available.

I have looked but don't have email message set up. However under the menue key there is "message set up" and under this is "email gateway"?
I have managed to set up o2 webmail which works fine and I can access the web ok. I can even send other people emals via my "MMS" messages and they receive it with my number coming up as the recipient.
However what I cannot work out is how to get my blueyonder mail (this is pop3 and also web based) to work via my phone?
I am thinking this cannot be done, as I have looked on my boyfriend's phone (Silver V3) which has the email set up option under the message centre.
