MPX220 vs V635. Which would you get?

So I have an old ATT account that I don't want to get rid of. However, my V600 is starting to crap out on me. I like Moto phones, and these two phones both have the features I want and need. I've never had a smartphone, so I don't know what the OS is like, but I really like the OS of the V series phone. Basically I want to get either or because:

Quadband phones
1.3 MP camera
Speakerphone
Bluetooth

I really like my V600 as it has all these features, subbing the camera for vga. However, the RF and battery life sucks on it now that its getting older, so those would be two other big factors in me deciding what to get. Just wondering if anyone has both, or has reviewed or played with both, and what you thought about either or.

Thanks,...

Also, if there are any other Moto phones that have similar features, or any other brands that have similar features, please feel free to list those. I have thought of some other features I would like to have as well:

Voice dialing
Voice recording (voice memos)
Expansion card slot (memory card slot)
clamshell design
...

I have used both... the Windows operating system for the MPX220 was tedious at best... Normal Motorola menu is easier to navigate and shortcut... the 635 was better for me.

The new Motorola V3i has everything you are looking for and is of the RAZR platform... USB port for everything... not that same old Motorola charging port that always craps out.

My only complaints in this area (Motorola Land) are: Not EDGE; 1.2 Mega-pixel is common... give us 2 or 3 at least; earpiece volume... inherently bad for Motorola.

My Samsung D600 is superior in all areas aside from speech recognition.

It is what it is.
