most places offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty. go back to where you bought and force them to help you.

gih31. You shouldn't laugh at the guy. You should get pissed at the UTTER ignorance which people who sell phones for a living have to put up with everyday.

As for your Razor repair. The cost for the LCD runs about $120 when available at local repair centers here in Cali. With labor total $200. I say when available because they have been waiting on V3 LCDs for the past 2 weeks now.

Sending it to Motorola might just be the best thing for you right now.

As for you Humpnutz. Getting mad, turning red and screaming at sales people will not, I repeat WILL NOT change the warrantee policy.

Gee what a surprise, a phone that no one will insure breaks in the first months of service....

Same thing happened to me.... Like the Cell Phone service shop said, anyone who made the front lens out of plain glass has to be an IDIOT.

Well the problems don't stop with the lens. Moisture is also a problem with these phones... you don't have to dumk it to make is top working from moisture.... just go jogging, put your phone in your pocket, then the next vist will be to the repairman....

Read my lips: THIS IS ONE FRAGILE PHONE.... Buyer beware.
