Fortunately, i am smart enough to tell the truth to the customers, instead of lying to them and dropping them away. I am proud to hear things like 'thank u, u've been so helpful, these guys from AWS don't know anything...' Shame on u, guys... It's not that i'm kissing moto's ass, it's just that i suffer ATT's continuous bulls**t about our products and policies. And i pray for Cingular to get rid of the worst customer service in the US. Verizon isn't right as well, but at last they recognize they don't know.
