sending mp3 to v710 problems
Man i tried just about everything to send a mp3 via e-mail to get to the phone. I tried making the mp3 to a midi and when i go to load the file i get unsupported .

don't go the hardway, use a transflash card, you can have up to 128 Mb on mp3's without using the email way, you just need a transflash memory card, a SD card adaptor and a SD card reader!

dont convert the ringer...
sound shoud be at 32 bit 11050 k. saved as a mono tone. then once saved change from mp3 to .mid
depending on your operating system just change the file extension.
again mono tones..
unless youhave the data card.. then you can upload mp3's but its the whole song and who needs a 3 min ringer?
