Ok, I have 2 questions for W810i users out there...
1st question: can you use a small (or any size) 3gp file as a video ringtone?
2nd question: can you use any 1 to 3 second sound clip in mp3 format as a message tone?

use itunes, right click or ctrl click with mac select get info edit start and stop times, then right click file again click convert to mp3
