Just a curiosity, sometimes I'll be actively posting or refresh a page after a post, and suddenly be logged out. I know about network timeout, so it's understandable that when I leave for lunch or a break and come back it's logged... But right after a post? Is there anything within the site that might be causing this?

I do think this may actually be with something my employer does on the main computer (like clearing the cache or something), but I'm checking just in case.

Rich I know that yourself and Avaya debated about this, but I really think it is a good idea for PS to host an e-mail client for PM's. Nothing too fancy; I mean even if you didn't give us the option to respond but to just receive or something very basic that would be cool. Myself and Avaya, along with many others I'm sure, have e-mails connected to our s/n's that we rarely check. Therefore, having a website-specific e-mail would be very handy.

If that would cost a lot to implement, I understand why you wouldn't offer it. However, if you simply object to the idea I urge you to reconsider.

We do make great efforts to keep the site up, including multiple servers with a load-balancer to keep you on a working server if one goes down. Unfortunately, this morning some networking equipment failed at our hosting company, disconnecting all of our servers from the internet for a while. ☹️

I was just wondering why Apple is missing from both the platform forums and the manufacturer forums.

I'm just curious because Android is there, as is Palm OS, both which came after the iPhone OS. And there are a lot of computer/phone companies in the manufacturer forums.

I know it's hard to ignore the iPhone in your list of phones, but how come there is no forums dedicated to the phone/platform like everyone else?

I think it would be great if a link were present at the bottom of a news article on the main page for any phone the article specifically talked about.

It would save someone having to hunt for the phone on phonescoop.com if it has rolled off the main page. I'm not saying hunting is hard just saying it'd be convenient.

cricket has the msg8 II out, but this phone is not listed under carrier for Cricket, nor in the phone comparison.

The RM-718 has AWS/1900 3G while RM-601 has 850/AWS/1900 (all 5 bands).
Please correct it.
