Phone Releases

Do you keep tabs on when these phones will be released to the public for uses?

On another note.
By the way I'm a new user to this site. I do like the design very professional and well thought out.

Thanks.

HELP ME!!

What do you think is better for the price:The SE T616 or the SE306? I am getting a new phone because my Nokia 3595 keeps knocking the SIM card out of place, therefore making me drop the call I'm on. Email me at BballBlake90@aol.com 🤣

Compare feature??

It's entirely possible this has been addressed, but without a search feature I have no way to look for the answer.

What happened to the compare feature? This was one of the most useful things on this site. Is it still here somewhere and I just can't find it?

at least my posts get posted

I'm starting to like this new format better and better. One of the problems I had when the forums were pulling from Google Groups is that 3/4 of my posts never got posted. At least now they're all getting to the forum, and without the delay, too.

Question on Option(s)

In the previous version there was a compare option to compare major features and functions which was extremely helpful to my profession (Insurance Company) for the major wireless carriers.

Will this feature be enabled at a later date?

New Site: Excellent!

I much prefer the new site to the old one, not that the old one was bad or anything. Good job!

Welcome to the new forums!

Welcome to the all-new Phone Scoop Forums!

This replaces the USENET news groups that were available here previously. There is a long list of reasons why I decided to switch to a dedicated forum system. It boils down to two main things, though:

  1. As is the nature of USENET, they were unmoderated. Several of the groups had devolved into troll havens, and I was powerless to do anything about it. The new forums will allow me (and eventually a team of moderators) to make sure the discussion stays civilized.

  2. USENET is an ancient technology. It is severely limited and flawed compared to today's modern web message boards. The new forums are much more powerful and flexible, and provide much greater privacy protection.

  3. (continues)
