Does you get dropped calls with ALLTEL?
i just got a nokia 6255i, which the lady at alltel said that nokia had the best reception of any other phone, and now i get dropped calls all the time. does anyone know why this is? my friend has the same phone as me and has never had a dropped call. i even tried *228 and am unsuccessful. please help.

on the serious side, if both phones are being used in the same area on the same network you may want to have the phone checked.

Yeah you might want to swap out the phone if it is that bad. I have little problems like that with mine. The bluetooth also helps you not drop as many calls due to less interference with you phone and body!!!
