You know that is a question I do not know sorry but I do believe is is central or it depends on where you are becuase there are call centers everywhere in alltel's network. Sorry for the bad/half info.

that is OK, I heard that they are rather fond of WWC being open on Sundays in the call center. They apparently are busy on Mondays versus we are not because we are open that extra day. I was hoping to have Sundays off, but it looks maybe like now they will be open on Sundays. That is a bummer.

I should also mention that this is Rumor not Fact.

I understand most is rumor with the whole buyout thing now anyways but many of those rumors become true. As a retail rep I kind of hope the call center is open on Sundays because it makes Sunday's and Monday's busier in the store with a lot of issues customers would normally call in the customer service. I also think it reflects a company better when they are open on Sundays even though it would be nice to have them all off. I guess we will see what happens.

Working on the flip end in the call center in Tech Support i used to hate and cringe at the thought of working on a sunday (and trust me not for religious reasons 👿 ) but i work 7:00am to 4:00pm and it is the best day of the week. no one calls in until about 11:00pm and it is painfully not busy at all :-p, but i used to work evening but an alarmingly (i know i spelled that wrong 😳 ) amount of people call in the afternoon.

I just don't get the whole facination with NASCAR. Maybe it's my short attention span, but I can't stand to sit and watch cars run around in circles for 2 hours. Or maybe it's just that NASCAR isn't my thing cuz I can sit and watch a baseball game for hours. Who knows. 🙂
