i got the htc diamond as soon as it came out. when i leave my home area i can only get 1x when my other phones are ev alltel switched my phone but same problem. has any one else had this issue or know if it can be fixed. analltel tech said they may have to call engineering. alltel says im the only one to have problem. i find this hard to believe no one else with an alltel phone travels.
