Alltel=pain in my a$$!
So i just canceled and switched to verizon not too long ago and i got charged 200 dollars on my one line. So i get my bill and it was 441 dollars. So i looked it over and they double charged me because a stupid employee had accidently disconnected my service 2 days before I wanted it done. So they charged me from may 15- june 13, and then they re charged me from june 14- june 15. So i got all the stuff credited back and then i realized that they taxed me four time! OMG thank God i finally switched to verizon! I have had nothing but positives with them!

Only two things could have happened here:
1st, You ported your number to VZW. Therefore, you canceled your contract 2 days to early. And nicely enough Alltel credited your screw up even after you left! Gee, what a nice company.
2nd, You and only you can call in to shut off service. Therefore, you and only you, called in 2 days too early to shut off service. Alltel was nice enough to fix it for you.
Doesn't matter what happened. Alltel did not have to credit your account. It was your mistake! Goodluck getting your F*ups fixed over there. They have 50mill customers. And I am really sure that the care about you!
