E815 recall ?-?-?-?-?
i had a lady come in my agent store and tell me that theres a recall on the moto e815s...now all of the employees of my company ..( 100 plus) have this phone and im in constant contact with our local rep..and i know nothing of a recall....dose any one know anything about this...PLEASE RESPOND!!

There isn't a recall for Alltel Motorola E815's...maybe she's talking about another carrier's model...or maybe she just doesn't know what she's talking about

i have seen an alarming amount of e815's come into the my store with a variety or problems. which is a little concerning to the other employees and i because it has always been a solid no hassle phone. i dont think this is a problem with the e815 in general as it is a problem with them phone not agreeing with our recently launched evdo network. i have called tech support about it and they said they have seen multiple problems with the e815. like i said i think this phone will work fine in some areas and not so much in others. in the mean time i am sure we will be doing plenty of exchanges until they launch a sw upgrade
