Need help with a Samsung u420

Customer walked into our sprint store asking for help... a prankster locked his phone, and I have no way to unlock it. Anyone have any idea how I might remove that lock code?

If you haven't tried it yet, try the last 4 of the phone number.

aye, as well as the last four of the MSID, 0000, 1234, last four of the social.

This guy claims he has also tried 0001 through 6000

Have you tried birth year, banking PIN, or his address if it has 4 numbers?

Aye... the problem wasn't that he forgot it, it is that he somehow tinkered with the basic programming of the phone, changing the NAM2 to something different... and it somehow locked the phone.

^according to him.

Ah well... there's only so far I'm willing to go for a customer of a completely different network.
