Likes: screen rocks, media is solid, i like scrolling through menus using the touchscreen. Its just a REALLY fun phone to own. I sorta know why all the iphone fanboys think they are soooo cool, lol. Keyboard is pretty solid with practice. best all touch screen keyboard I have ever used.
Dislikes: Im running OS .99 and I get atleast one random reboot per day, sometimes you have to press the keyboard multiple times to get a button to register, occasional lag while going through menus.
Overall: solid phone, but not for everyone. Ive enjoyed the experience and will prolly keep this phone till the 9630 comes out.

My manager is running 1.0something and I don't think he has the reboot issue (he had .99 and had the same problem)
He loves the phone. I like playing with it, but if I had to get a blackberry, I'd most likely get something like the Curve, but I'm hard pressed to give up my EnV2.
