Did any of you dealers see that we can direct ship the Kick Flip again. There are 610 on the dealer site now. But beware they will not ship 2nd Day, as I have a customer that has been waiting now for over a week to get it.

Just got Helio and all I can say is this service is simply amazing. If anyone out there is looking for a truely NEW experience from a phone I definately recommend Helio. I got a 500 min plan with unlimited EVERYTHING for $65 a month!!!!! Check it out!

What do you other dealers think is the better phone, the Drift or Hero? sure the Drift has BT and GPS but I am still recommending the Drift because the screen is larger and speakers are much louder. What do you think?

Has anyone ever sent or received pics and video's to alltel phones? Some customer's complained and Helio cust. service just stated that they are working on it.

Does helio take advantage of sprints roaming agreements? I know that there has been some debate on if AMPD uses Verizons roaming partners as well.

Is It Possible? I Can't Seem To Receive Pic Messages On My Drift From Any Emails. Any Insight Is Appreciated.

Ordered the Drift to replace my Hero and received it Wed. Called CS to activate and was told the ESN was already assigned and they would escalate my issue-25 wasted minutes on the phone with them. Thursday called and was told they now cannot find the ESN and would escalate--after I was hung up on (another 30 wasted minutes). Called Friday and was told ESN not showing up as sold and would escalate my problem (24 minutes on the phone with them). Called Helio corporate Friday, 310 445 7000, transfered to internal customer service, was told they would take care of it and call back. Now Sat, no call back, and after being escalated to the point of sheer anger/frustration phone is going back and i will gladly pay the cancellation fee to not deal wi...

does anyone know if helio plans to offer a phone with a qwerty keypad? doesnt really make sense to me that they dont yet seeing as so many of the features they offer would be streamlined by a device with a qwerty keypad.

ive heard nightmarish stories about the customer service and how depressing it couldbe but i am here to say that i have had nothing but the best experiences with the company and their reps. i had a problem with my device not being able to make calls from the google maps menu because it would shut off so i called and in about 5 minutes i had a new drift sent to me. of course it will take about 3-5 days since it is the holidays but who cares? the phone still works and the only bug is that one and i barely ever use it. the only thing im still pissed at is the myspace. im sorry but the myspace is a joke. and the thing is that its MYSPACE'S FAULT! understand helio users that my"spoog" is the company messing up on the online content because its be...

Was just told it will take up to 4 weeks to credit a phone I returned and Helio received on 11/27! They are happy to charge, keep you on hold when calling customer service, just not happy to return your money. Not sure they are the most ethical company. l am off to dispute with the credit card company 👿 .

I am actually a Customer Care rep for VZW and am actually looking to switch carriers to Helio. I have heard good things does anyone know how coverage is in the Metropolitain Phoenix/East Valley AZ is. I dont trust coverage maps as far as i can BURN them... uh yeah back to the question. Also how are the data services and is it as fast as say VZW EVDO coverage? and Lastly how frequently does the H.O.T. service update w/ new content. I am a VCAST freak I need to have my entertainment and vcast is just killing my bill i know what i am doing i just dont want to pay out the ass anymore. Thanks

Can someone explain to me what Helio is? I am under the impression that they are a phone company that has there own exclusive phones but they run on both the sprint and verizon networks. Is this correct? So they actually dont have any cell towers of their own they just run off either the sprint or verizon towers and whichever one you get a better signal w/ that is the service your using? So wouldnt this situation provide a better service, combining two of the top carriers in the industry?
