A division of Virgin Mobile focusing on higher-end devices. Helio was previously an independent company; they were acquired by Virgin Mobile in 2008. Helio was a national MVNO offering only feature-rich phones using Sprint's high-speed CDMA EVDO network. Helio was a joint venture between SK Telecom (Korea) and Earthlink.
