With Android still increasing it's market share, and apple sueing for technologies that it owns the patents to, but did not invent, I think people can see which company actuially cares about the marketplace and the individual.

Who cares about the iPhone 5 ? It will have iOS, and a Great battery. Big Deal. Every single other feature that you can mention about that phone is shared among many other devices, most of which are priced better, and some of which have unlocked bootloaders.

The only company that will be responsible for stopping the iphone 5 from selling to its full potential will be apple itself.
