Great post Slammer, some of these are topics are most important when it comes to the wireless industry from a consumer standpoint and are often over looked. These are the kind of issues we should be considering instead of how much money a carrier has or how many subscribers. While both are good to know they have little or no impact on the customer. Sprint has made some drastic improvements we all know this. But Sprint has to pay for overhead cost and innovation some how. This change is a small part of that. I personal thought the Premier Program was to open and people who just became Sprint customers could reap the same benefits of a longtime customer. I hope more subscribers begin to consider these key points when shopping for a new provider. Those are the reason why I remain a Sprint customer.
