Its sad that you as a moderator fail to realize not one sprint full CDMA phone will work on boost.

Tell the customer that they need a Boost Mobile SIM card and a compatible iDEN phone.
If Sprint iDEN customer, customer can buy a Boost Starter Kit (includes SIM card and $10 in airtime) if their iDEN phone is iDEN Boost prepaid compatible.
If CDMA customer, they need a Boost Mobile iDEN phone.
Phones and starter kits (as well as purchase locations) are available online at boostmobile.com.
