Wrote Sony Ericsson with this question and got a really quick response (!).
They said that the phone does have that feature (changing icons), but the PSP icon theme doesn't ship with it. Do you guys still have the phone used for the demo? If so, would you mind PLEEEASE sharing the theme files that came with it?
