I understand your point. I feel that 2 weeks is pretty quick to start the re-branding, don't you? I mean, they must have been planning this for quite some time since 2 weeks is not enough time to start a complete re-brand and have TV commercials ready so why couldn't they have used that time to roll out these planned changes and gauge a reaction from their consumers. It feels as though we as customers were left out of this with little consideration about how we might react or feel. I may be wrong, but it feels that way. Perhaps after I learn more about what is going on, I will feel better about it.
