For the Sprint model, Phonescoop says 1900/2100; Engadget says 700/AWS.

Both of these however are rather unusual combinations (usually it's 850/1900/2100 or 850/900/1900/2100).

Does anyone know for sure?

The Sprint variant HTC One was not submitted to the FCC with any GSM 850/1900 nor band 2/5 W-CDMA 1900/850 testing. So, barring a Class II Permissive Change application, those modes are unlikely.

GSM 900/1800 and band 1/8 W-CDMA 2100+1900/900 are still possibilities, as those bands are not in use in the US and do not require FCC authorization.
