start screen folders

My 1520 won't allow me to group apps together to create folders. My phone is up to date. Does anyone know why I can't? Thanks

I've been unable to 'pin Google Mail to start' as the option is always greyed out. Is there any way to get around this?

Carriage return on Lumia 1520

Does ne1 know how to do a carriage return when typing a SMS? What I thought was a CR sends out the SMS before I've finished the message.

1520 issue

I have a new 1520 and I love it. There is one slight hiccup: after I use the 3.5mm headphone jack I basically need to restart the phone to get back to normal audio settings. The phones microphone does not work and sometimes the speaker will not work. Anyone heard of this, any fixes out there?

Great phone but would make a few changes

I like the features on phone but the only thing I would change about the phone is the screen quality to OLED,add a larger internal storage and add miracast. Instead of a 20 mp camera It might was well be a 41 mp like the lumia 1020 since it offers a bit more.
20 MP is not enough for you? It is doubtful that the 41 MP sensor would have a cost similar to the 20, if they included the 41, most likely the price point would be pushed up. Also, I very much doubt the human eye can tell the difference between a f...

How about also adding more memory, like 3 or 4 GB? And also a removable battery.

I don't know how much you keep up on all the different phones but in case you don't, you might want to take a look at the camera specs on the recent HTC phones (particularly the One line), and then look at sample images from them. Megapixel counts are...

Why would you want to downgrade the screen to OLED?

I'm surprised

Nobody commented how fast this phone is. I'd say above the Iphone, forget about Android android devices.
To be fair, the iPhone was surpased ages ago.

Wireless charging

The review mentions this device will charge wirelessly. Does it do that out of the box? What standard does it support? My 1020 and my son's Nokia 810 both have Qi charging backs. I'm hoping I do not have to buy an additional non-Qi charge plate to charge this when it arrives.
The international version supports Qi charging, but AT&T backs the opposing PMA standard, and thus had Nokia take it out (which is rather infuriating). Instead, you'll be able to buy a PMA wireless charging shell for the phone.

no PUSH email?

If what I found is true, im not happy. From what I understandwindows 8 GDR 2&3 DO NOT support push email on gmail or other email address. If this Iis true the minimum wait for a new email is 15 minutes. I was looking at this, lumia 929, and blackberry Z30. Now if true from what I googled, its looking like I will trade note 2 for Z30. Can anyone confirm this? If I see windows phone in store, how do I verify email sync parameters?

Great phone but I change a few things.

While I do think the phone has nice features I would change the screen to a higher quality, increase the Internal storage and add miracast
Have you seen a Nokia ClearBlack display? It has an extra layer that most LCDs don't, that makes the blacks blacker. Basically, it's supposed to be an LCD with the performance of an OLED. If you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check it out in person.

I don't like it to be exclusive to AT&T in the US. They already have 1020 already....
Really need a finger scan? No.
A finger print scanner is a nice novelty. It's not going to sway my opinion of a phone one way or another, but I'd probably make use of it if I had one. Or maybe I wouldn't... I have had a plenty of laptops with one and never used it on any of those.
