The official joint press release from Motorola and VZW states the phone will be $249 after a $70 rebate. That puts the price of the phone, before rebate, at $319 with a two year contract. Hmmmm. I wonder who has got it right? 8)

I was wondering if you are able to tell by your v710 if the rumor about VZW blocking the ability to save pictures to the removable disk or transfer by BT is true. The rumor states this is to maximize the profit margin by forcing the customer to use a paid service. Thank you for your time.

Audiovox is a distributer, not a manufacturer. Any Audiovox phone in the 8xxx series is made by Curitel, which is the name Hyundai is hiding behind. If I was given a Hyundai phone for free, I would throw it away as I would rather use two cans with a string between them than a Hyundai phone.
