Take a look at Verizons Enhanced Network vs Sprints entire network. Enough been said.
Re: Quest Wireless to become part of the BIG V
Qwest ownes no spectrum, they rent Sprint's towers. If Verizon bought "Qwest's network", that would mean they would be buying Sprint/Nextel.

Re: Direct Numbers
The number I gave you before is an all in one number. You can process a new activation, upgrade, solve customer care issues and much more. 1-866-306-7056 They will help you with customer care issues only and they will try to steal your sale aka transfer you to tela-sales.

Re: To the customer:
There are a few things disturbing about this long wining session. First, he uses to many words to get to the point. Second, if anyone is as paranoid as this person than you can not trust any product that you have buy from another person. He received bad service and assumes that everyone is going to receive the same. YAAAWWWNNNN.
I am tired; where is some coffee when you need it?

Re: Do the like Crediting
Your first mistake was calling into customer care. I have learned that if you have an issue with your account you go back to the person you bought it from "No matter how much you may or may not like them". That way you can deal with someone face to face. I have delt with this same issue through Verizon and I ended up loveing them after they fixed the issue.
I have switched to Sprint, cuz I like ...

Where the frick is the Bluetooth?
Dear Sanyo,
I don't know if you have noticed, but you have no BLUETOOTH phones. I just wanted to let you know. Maybe you can call up Motorola, Siemens, Sony Ericson, Handspring, LG and some of the manufacters to see how you can Join in the Fun. Thanks and have a great day.

Re: Which phone?
If you are going for the coolness factor, get the Samsung a900 Blade phone. It does everythin that the Sanyo 9000 can, but its as this as the Cingular/T-Mobile Razer.
Re: Sprint Tightens the Noose
Man o man where do I start with this one? There are so many holes in this story. First of all, a company never forces you to do anything. Second, Sprint Business Connection has always been around. It sounds like you were never sold this offer correctly, oops salesman mistake. It is not a new service. Third, you need to know your phones better. The Sanyo 5600 is able to have music downloaded without purchasing the music and the ...
Re: Why not just a new name.
I agree. For customers, there is no difference between AT&T and Cingular. I work in wireless, and whenever a "former AT&T" customer walks in to my store I ask which carrier they are with. 95% of them still claim that AT&T Wireless is their provider. If you look at the drawing board now, Cingular is on top. Why do they want to change their name? Why not take that money and be more constructive. Like improve customer care. ...
Re: Cingular changin' its name to AT&T? Sounds like a good idea..
Everyone already associates Cingular and AT&T Wireless as the same company. I do not see how this will necessarily help them. Change is good, but sometimes it is not necessary. It cost Cingular a lot of money to change the AT&T stores over to Cingular. Now, they are going to change 100% of the stores in the Cingular Relm to the "New" AT&T. They could be using that money to fix some of their problems that they have currently, ...
Re: Sanyo 5600 and Power Vision?
The 5600 is a 3G phone and the 9000 is an EV-DO phone. Now you can sign up for Power Vision Plans, you just won't have the EV-DO experience. The new Vision plans are meant to be more cost effective. I hope that helps!
Re: Sprint Nextel Merger
First of all, Sprint did not buy Nextel, it was a merger. Second, consumers can have unlimited incoming calls. In the press released during the merger process, they did talk about converting iDEN to CDMA, but like you mentioned it will take a long time and a lot of money. I am just waiting for Sprint to buy out all the affiliates and end this nonsense.
