I am one now.. and I see things from a different point of view. I can see now that when I was a CS rep, I didn't even care about customers, I feel that if I go back to the phones I'm going to be the top performer or something like that.
But yeah, most of my ex-teammates are kinda angry with me, but I mean, it's my job.
That makes me sad sometimes :?

I have a co-worker sit right behind me.. She so f'n ANNOYING. damn! She speaks too loud.. she doesn't speak, she shouts! She really bothers me! Also she is a damn meddler! Sometimes I'm speaking with some else and she start asking question about the conversation. or answers anything we ask each other.. I hate her! :evil: :evil: :evil:
