you call my line, you are perfectly capable of speaking and understanding English, but you request to talk to a Spanish rep anyway. then I have to ask if I can transfer the call to my bilingual peers, one of which is an ass about it. you're paid more than me to take these calls, just take the call dammit :x rant

the ones that call in, and begin the call with, " Yeah, this is Bill Johnson, blah blah blah....now fix my issue..." they don't feel that they should have to give you a wireless #, you should know who they are, already know their #, and should be overjoyed to serve them.... :roll:

yesterday, i got, "hello?.....hello?....i can't even hear you......you know what? i'm not even on the phone, leave a message!" yes, i fell for it. the sad thing is, i got that same call on outbound the day before yesterday, and still fell for it :x

the customers who sit in front of a computer looking at their carrier's website, and they know the answers to their questions, but the call anyway just to see what you say. or the customers who have to talk to a 2nd person everytime they call, either to confirm what the 1st rep said was correct, or see if they can get an answer they want. i hate you all so much :x

i've done cold transfers, because our phone book has a list of extensions to depts that we can cold transfer to. i've also done lukewarm transfers. for example, customer says they want to cancel their service, so i need to transfer to account services, as i do not have the ability. i start with a warm transfer, but the rep i'm talking to is so damn rude to me, that in the middle of them talking, i just press ...

yes, and it's annoying. i really hate it when on the call, the customer keeps asking me what my name is, and then ask me to spell it so they have it for the future :x the only customers i want calling back and asking for me are the ones getting me sales :D
