parents that have their 1 or 2 yr old child playing on playground equipment that clearly says for ages 5-12. and these same parents are on the equipment themselves, to ensure that the older children don't run into their little child. they don't care at all that they are disrupting the fun for the other children.

the ones that call in, and begin the call with, " Yeah, this is Bill Johnson, blah blah blah....now fix my issue..."
they don't feel that they should have to give you a wireless #, you should know who they are, already know their #, and should be overjoyed to serve them.... :roll:
