Hey T-mo...I went out n bought the t-mo gravity and since this is a message based handset, any idea on how to chamge the message tone to something of my schhoing vs the stoopid crap they have pre loaded. If no, my question is whty would they have onlt pre loaded tones for messages when this again is a message based handset. Beginning to have buyers remorse.....

Wow! we only get a 290 second AHT for the day--I need to be able to have a 9-10 minute allowance...that would make life so much easier

I used to work for both DishNetwork as well as DirecTV, the dish customers are a scary bunch. You know they spend all of the extra monies they have buying "skin-a-max" and so they would call in to us under the pretense they wanted to add the adult programming. You know they are not going to add it because it has such a hiigh monthly rate, but you have to take the call anyway. They would ask questions ...

Thanks, so you throw the stupid wolves to me, I have to replace handsets that have never -ever- been dropped or bumped, and what!? no there has never been any exposure to moisture.....OMG! I am just so over the whole experience...

for a major carrier - and OMG if the reps aren't the most stoooopid, no wonder the the customers are ignorant. It is ridiculous how a rep will try to get us to do something they know we can't do, just to get the customer off their line, the customers will LIE, LIE, LIE to get a replacement, then complain if it's a refurb--THAT THEY SHOULDN'T QUAALIFY TO GET IN THE 1ST PLACE!........why? why do I do this ...
